Thanks for your comments. You can change the toolbar yourself like this:
1. Right-click anywhere in the toolbar area and pick 'customise'
2. Right-click on the toolbar icon you want to change and pick 'default
style' which will lose the text but keep the picture.

just downloaded and tried it out, and will keep it on. IMHO it would be
nice, to save some toolbar real estate, if you could change the toolbar

display just the icon, without the text, like the toolbar for your

add-in.
