[mso] Mouse scrolling

OL2003, WinXPSP2, MS Intellimouse Optical.
 
In Outlook only, scrolling with the mouse wheel is way too fast.  I have the
mouse software set to one line at a time and that's what it does in Word,
IE, and other apps, but scrolls about 8 lines at a time in OL.  I've changed
the settings and changed back with no result.  Before I try reinstalling the
driver and software, I'm wondering if this is a known issue and I'm missing
a known solution.
