I did  almost the identical application just this past week.
Essentially what I did was to export my information from my database (not
Outlook) to a spreadsheet and then ran a mail merge to e-mail.   Worked like
a charm!

You could do the same thing only your data would come from your Outlook
contacts.

I'm interested in more of the specifics.

I want the mail merge to include not just email address, but names, multiple
phone numbers, notes ... the whole schebang.

In effect, in the max case, I'd like to email everyone in Outlook with a
full dump of everything I have about them in Outlook an ask: Is it right?

I'd appreciate all guides, particularly a detained step-by-step one with
