I haven't got any ideas on the swapping profile side of things, apart =
from
possibly finding the .pst file from the other profile and opening it to =
look
at e-mails already received. You could export your contacts to a .csv =
file
and then re-import them to the other profile if you wanted to move them
between the two but if you can find a separate .pst file from your other
profile then your contacts should be in there.

Subject: [mso] More Outlook 2003 - re Exchange Server & profiles

Hi gals n guys

Sorry to keep on with Outlook but I've now got set up with my new =
company on
an Exchange Server system, so the IT bod who attacked my laptop created =
a
new Outlook profile for business use which means I now have to select
whether to go in via my work or personal profile whenever Outlook loads.
That's fine, no probs there.

However, when I then want to check the other profile there doesn't seem =
to
be a way to swap between them without shutting Outlook down totally and
reloading it; even more annoying, when I do reload it Outlook seems to =
be
remembering that it was connected to Exch Server first of all so won't
download my POP accounts properly at all. I have to log out of all my
programs and out of my Windows user settings, then log back in again to =
get
access to my other email accounts.

I'm not permitted to run my personal email via the Exch Server so I =
can't
add the different accounts on the work settings to access them that way.

Still on Outlook, is it possible to view my contacts folder from my =
personal
profile within this new work profile? Can't seem to find anything in =
help
files to point me in right direction on any of this stuff.

Thanks as ever

Anne
