Calculations for all other years (1,2,3) are fine. In VLOOKUP table,
Column A is % discount, with Column B, C, D Year 1, 2, 3 commissions,
respectively. I just want to say now that if Year = 0, don't look at the
table, just substitute what's in Column I of data.

Michele...remember the column in your lookup table where the vlookup is
looking MUST be the leftmost column...if you added something to the left
of
it, you screwed it all up.
