Linda-
You are correct. If her company does not use Exchange Server, Web Access is
not available.

That is so cool....thanks Parker

But, it's sounding to me like lexi's company doesn't have Exchange
Server...so, with Dian's method, she WOULD need Outlook installed on her
machine to do this, right?

Linda-
I'm glad you asked.
Using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (available only if Microsoft Exchange
Server is being used) you can access the Exchange Server remotely to
check
your e-mail using a "virtual Outlook window" in Internet Explorer. You
can
send and receive e-mail, add and delete contacts, add and delete
calendar
entries, use the "Out of Office Assistant", view Public Folders, and use
the
Find function. You cannot view the deleted items folder or set inbox
rules.
I have done this from the computer at a public library just to test it
and
it works great.
