[mso] Re: Microsoft Office Publisher

Well...sorry, but that doesn't give me much of anything to go on to try to
drill down the problem. So without any further info that could lead to some
possible solution and no error number, I can only offer that you do what it
says and contact MS support to ask for help! 

I've never seen a problem so vague...sorry I can't be of more help.

I am trying to install a trial period of Micrsoft Publisher 2007 for my
computer (Windows XP) for about a week now.  Every time I try to install it,
an error message pops up and says       the installation failed and to
contact microsoft office support.  Any ideas of why this might occur?
