[mso] Message Rules-Outlook

What wpould cause getting the following message on rules when receiving email a
box appears and says cannot remove message from folder and then shuts off that
rule which was set up for that particular type of email. happens a lot to
various rules i have set up from job boards, or else i get message says I don
not have rights to perform this function which peratins to my Junk email list
or my adult sendsers list which i a set rule to delete .
