Hi Robert.
I'm no expert either but it just happens that I did this very kind of
thing.
I had to use styles (but of course why wouldn't I?) to make it work.
Just using the basic styles in Word, Heading1, Heading2, Heading3
I reorganized the TOC for 1 listing then for the next desired in the
Table of Contents Options. I also changed the number of levels to
display and the formats.
Look here: Insert, Reference, Index and Tables
I had to play around quite a bit to get exactly what I wanted.
EXAMPLE
1st TOC
1 =3D Heading1
2 =3D Heading2
3 =3D Heading3
2nd TOC
1 =3D Heading3
2 =3D Heading1

Hi there...
I'm not an expert by any means but I think it should be possible to
insert more than one TOC. The TOC could be based on different heading or
I think bookmarks though I'm not sure about the bookmarks. It may be
possible to set the style headings to include TOCs based on different
ones which may be what you want to do. Again.. I'm just running with it
and thinking out loud really... C'mon you word wizzes.. Is it possible
to have one set of text with multiple format names?
