Yes I was. I seemed to have got it to work this morning,
thanks for the help. One more question, can Word 2000 or
2002 read a 2003 file? I'm doing this for my mom who can't
seem to get the mail merge to work and at this point I'd
just rather send her back the merged file and teach her how
to do it when I'm at her house in December, rather than over
the phone.
Thanks

In Step 4 of the merge, are you clicking the button that
says Update all labels?

All outgoing mail checked by Norton AV. If you received a
"bug" that looked like it came from me, it did NOT!

Subject: [mso] Mail Merge Question
I'm trying to use the mail merge feature and merge the
addresses in a database onto labels in Word. I can get the
labels setup and the database merged, but it only gives me
one page of labels and I have more than one page of
addresses in the database. What am I doing wrong? I'm
using office 2003.
Thanks,
Christine
