[mso] Re: Mail Merge Question

Hi Christine,

Do you get one page if you print or are you talking only about what you see
on the screen? If you are talking about what you see on the screen try
merging to a file and this will show you exactly what addresses are
included, it will open in a new document. 

If you are talking about printing and get only one page printed then
probably you need to use the merge to print (rather than the usual print
command) so that all records get printed rather than the document that you
get on the screen.

Both these commands are on the mailmerge toolbar.

I'm trying to use the mail merge feature and merge the
addresses in a database onto labels in Word.  I can get the
labels setup and the database merged, but it only gives me
one page of labels and I have more than one page of
