Good Morning All,
I have never used Macros in Outlook before, and I was wondering if
someone could help me with a code to do the following.
This code will be used when emailing customers by the credit control
department. This department effectively uses 5 to 6 different types of
standard letters.
The macro will allow the user to select from a drop down menu in Outlook
the type of letter to be sent to this customer; By clicking on the
letter type, it would automatically import the relevant text of that
letter, saving the user the need to retype the different letters every
time.
I am not sure if some other command in outlook already exists for this.
Many Thanks
Herbert
