Ok...that's not what you said before...or at least that's not how I
interpretted it....in that case, I believe she must be hitting enter cuz if
she's just typing and the text drops to the next line automatically, it will
not be capitalized even if she DOES have that feature turned on in
AutoCorrect...if she doesn't want it to capitalize when she does that, she
can either turn that off in AutoCorrect, or just hit ctrl+z as soon as the
cap appears
And yes, SandyLea, I do remember manual typewriters...I'm probably as old as
your mom, if not older LOL

I have Microsoft 2002 my mom who is having the problem has a older =
version I am guessing a 1998 or so version of Word. I am not sure of the =
other friend how old his is but I would guess it's fairly new as his =
computer is about 1 year old and he uses all his equipment for his tax =
service.
