Go to HOME tab on the QUICK ACCESS tool bar.
In the font window you have the font name, just below that is the Bold,
Underline etc settings, below that is the word FONT and to the right of
the word FONT is a little arrow, click that arrow.
Set your font to whatever you want and click the *defaults* button on
the bottom left of the window.
