[mso] MS Word 2007 Defaults

Is there a way to set it so that my font and font size defaults are Times
New Roman and font size of 12? And will this work for all Office
applications? I've just bought and installed Office 2007 Ultimate from
theultimatesteal.com and I'm trying to adjust as it is the first version of
Office I have used since Office 97.
