[mso] MS Visio 2003?: How do you apply text to a curve?

Hello -  I am working on a concentric (onion) org. chart & need help with 
applying text to a curve. I've already tried creating individual text-only 
shapes for each word & then rotating them so they appear to follow the 
curve(s) but there's quite a bit of text involved & future editing would 
be a nightmare. Any other solutions would be greatly appreciated...TIA!
