[mso] MS Outlook

I'm trying to set-up a schedule so it will open each morning at 5am, but it
keeps telling me
access is denied and it won't run. I'm the only account on this computer and am
the only one
who uses it. Can some one tell me how to fix the problem.
XP Pro is the OS. I had it working before I had to replace the hard drive and
reinstall
everything.
