[mso] MS Office, Word 2003

Hi Group
I am looking for some answers to a problem I am having with Word 2003 SP2.

When I click the Word Icon, word will open find as per normal use. I will close 
the now open page and click the icon again, a message will appear stating, 
"Word has detected a problem with the existing Normal.dot. Would you like to 
create a new Normal.dot?" Button choice of Yes - No

It does not matter if you choose yes or no the effects are the same, it would 
open a new word page as per normal, however if you close the program and 
re-open the program by clicking on the desktop icon it will open word normally 
with no errors, but if you close it and open the program again the error will 
appear again. So what I am saying at the end of the day is every alternative 
time you open word it will give you the error as above mentioned.

You help would be appreciated.
