Do you have a genuine Office 2000 CD?
If so, you can upgrade.
Why not download a trial of Office 2007 and wait till it comes out and =
buy
that?
(assuming Office 2000 is eligible from an upgrade to 2007 - I think it =
is)

Subject: [mso] MS Office Upgrade or New purchase
Hi guys,
I guess this is a licencing issue (I was going to ask MS but at $35 per=20
question, I demured).
I have a five year old machine with Office 2k installed. I want to scrap =
the
machine and get a new one. I would like to install Office 2003 on the =
new
one.=20
How can I purchase and install an UPGRADE version of Office for the new=20
machine? Seems like I am being cheated if I have to purchase a new =
licence.
