Is the memo on a form where you are entering the data, or are you entering
straight into the table itself? The memo may not be bound to the data
source if on a form, or the field may be set to not allow data entry. If
you could give an overview of how/when this is happening, it would be
helpful, thanks again.

I do not know how, but I am doing something I guess that deletes the=
information in the memo box.
