[mso] Re: Lock cells in a spreadsheet

By default, when you lock a spreadsheet, all cells are locked ... so, BEFORE
you protect the sheet, select ALL of the cells you DON'T want locked, then
go to the Format menu and click on Cells, then click on the Protection tab
and REMOVE the check from Locked.
