[mso] List Posting times

Hi Linda,

Linda I'm really sorry to maybe seem to harp on this, but is there a
way to get messages posted in order?
It could be my own ISP I guess and as long as I know that I can take
it up with them.
It does seem to be worse of late though.
I also realise it may be totally out of your control but it's
sometimes very frustrating.
