There are three recommended ways of doing this.
The first is to use the Indent tool for thos paragraphs - that is, set the
Indent for the address lines to something like 5 inches from the left hand
edge of the paper.
Second, you can set a tab stop to do the same job. This would require _one_
tab character at the beginning of each line.
The third method is to put your address into a text box which can be
positioned where you want.
Methods I discourage are:
Using a long string of spaces to push the text over to the right
Using multiple tabs (and the default tab stops).
I hope this helps
Andrew

Hi All,
I am wondering are there any keystrokes in word which would help me line up
my personal home address correctly on the top right side of the word page. I
mean that I want to have the left side of each line of my address lined up
exactly under each other
Many thanks for any help with this.
Paul.
