[mso] Keyboard only in drop down list?

Is there a way to choose from a drop down list without using a mouse? I.e.,
suppose K3 has a validation and the choices are A, B, C, D, E, and F. If I
use the arrow keys to navigate to K3, how do I make the list appear using
the keyboard so I can choose using the keyboard?
Thank you.
Robert
