Subject: [mso] Keep font preferance from being changed?

Can I choose a fixed width font for Word that an elderly person can read
(she can't tell the difference between I (eyes), l (els), and O (ohs) &
0 (zeroes) in such a way that it won't get changed by her by accident or
her family? I.e., which fixed font do you suggest for a sight challenged
person, and how do I make it difficult to change so it doesn't get
changed on her?

Thank you.
