Yeah....I've actually seen it happen here in other programs besides
Outlook....it happens sometimes in IE too....but, obviously it only
happens when there's something to scroll so that's why we see it in
Outlook more often than other places

But, I don't think it really has anything to do with Outlook...I believe
it has more to do with the mouse, but I agree that it does seem to be
intermittent and I haven't yet figured out what really causes it, cuz it
happens with all of my scroll mice....so I know it's not a bad mouse
driver or anything....but I do know, if I push down on the scroll
button, it stops.

Go figure, eh?

Yes I am using a scroll mouse - will try your suggestion. It is strange
that the problem occurs only sometimes and not all the time.
