Ah that's what I forgot to do (field mapping)... I was wondering why it was
all messed up when I did it. I wish there was a way to sync the 2 so I
don't have to re-import every time someone gets added to the database.

Outlook 2000)
Actually John....I just did it from Access and it's pretty easy...In
Outlook, just go to File>Import and select "Import from a File"...then
choose Microsoft Access and browse to your database....then tell Outlook to
put it in your contacts folder (or make a new subfolder in contacts before
you do this, if you want to keep these separate)...then the next step shows
you all the tables in your Access database and you can choose the one you
want to import....worked pretty well here.
