Your prog. of MSWORD is corrupt.... use add/remove
prog. ....remove word and then add word again...(from
control panel....Add/Remove program....)

Otherewise remove whole MSOFFICE and run setup
again..then restart the P.C. again

Hope in this way your problem will solve..
