Have you checked the font formatting for that text? Looks like maybe =
they
tried to use a font that is not on the computer? It could be
corruption...but check the font first. Do you know if they had to =
convert
the document before they opened it?=20

I am having problems troubleshooting a user problem with MS word. While
working on his document, some paragraphs changed their format into =
jebrish
form.
