[mso] Jebrish Format in MS Word

Dear All,

I am having problems troubleshooting a user problem with MS word. While working 
on his document, some paragraphs changed their format into jebrish form.
Here is a sample of what I am encountering. 

        ð¿0PbjbjÏ2Ï2 "4­X­XPÿÿÿÿÿÿ^2222222F

Please help me in retrieving the original format for this document is very 
sensitive.
