Linda here is an article that walks you through making some registry
changes to allow certain types of files.

Subject: [mso] Java Script in Outlook 2002?
Hey gang.....I have a question about security in Outlook 2002.....
Since OL2002 doesn't allow hardly any attachments by default, I
installed the addin from Slipstick that lets me tell Outlook which
attachments I want to be able to receive....and it seems to work
fine....except I still have one problem
No matter what I do (I even set Outlook to allow ALL attachment types),
I still cannot see emails that include javascript....now usually this is
just spam so I don't care, but recently Vic sent me an email with a cute
javascript that I wanted to see and all I get is a blank email with a
yellow box at the top that says "This email includes a script that may
not be viewable in Outlook"
Is there any way around this? (I set the addin to allow js and that
didn't do it)
