[mso] Issue with Word 2007 - envelope creation

Everytime I write a letter to someone, I add the envelope to the document.
Easy, right?  Highlight the address, Choose "Mailings", then "Envelope" and
"add to document."  I have been doing this for years....
Today, everytime I attempted to do this, I received an error message that
says "Choose a number between 1 and 31."  If I try to print, same error
message.  I can't resolve it.

Any clue?
