[mso] Internet headers in Outlook 2003

I have a client with a junk mail problem, so I asked them to send me
some of the sample messages that have been getting thru their filter. I
had them attach the emails to me instead of forwarding them, so I could
view the Internet headers. The thing is, when I open one of the attached
messages and select View - Options, the Internet headers box is empty.
Is there any other way to view the Internet headers in Outlook 2003?
Thanks,
Elise
