I don't know if that's part of Acrobat...if so, the setting would be in
there and not in Word.

However, you can just turn on the Macro Recorder and click all the necessary
steps to print to the distiller, then turn off the recorder...then use
Tools>Customize assign a button to that macro.

I have a colleague who just bought a new computer.

On her old computer, her Word taskbar had a "button" which did the
print-to-Acrobat-distiller in one click.

On her new computer, she clicks print, then selects the Acrobat Distiller.

She asked me how to get the button back.

I'd appreciate any help in doing the customize thing required to make that
work for her.
