Hi Robert,
take a look at VB Helpwriter, from Teletech Applications (
http://www.helpwriter.com/ ). The Lite version is free. I have used VB
Helpwriter to create Help files for many of my Excel applications. Works on
all versions of Windows, all versions of Excel at least up to Excel 2000
which is the one I currently use.
