Well...I can't do it in Access, tho I know it's possible, but if you export
it from Access into Excel, you can follow the directions I gave her and do
it that way. (I've left the directions below)
I'm assuming you know how to export a table from Access to Excel, right?

I have a similar situation in my office with an Access database. We have a
huge client list in Access and I'd love to import or sync it with Outlook
contacts. Is there something similar I can do?

Open the file in Excel and highlight all the data that you want included in
what you are importing into Outlook....then click inside the Name box on
your formatting toolbar....it's on the far left end of the toolbar and it
usually displays the name of the cell you are inside (like A1 or G10 or
something)....when you click in there, you will see the cell number get
highlighted and shoot over to the left end of the box....type a name...make
it short and no spaces, and it can't begin with a number....use something
like addylist or something...then HIT ENTER (you must do this or the name
won't take)...now you have a named range...save and close the workbook
Now try the import from Outlook again and when it asks you for the named
range, you should see addylist as a choice (or whatever you named the
range)...just choose that and it should work fine.
