From Access.... File->Get External Data->Import,  then browse to your Excel 
file and follow along with the wizard until your file is imported.

Hi...

I have Office XP installed on my computer. I have a large spreadsheet
created by Excel. I want to import it to Access such that each row in this
worksheet in a record and each column in the worksheet in a single field.
IOW, I want to crete a database from this worksheet. Is it possible?
