[mso] Ignore "Outlook 2002 contact not displaying in email 'Select Name' box"

Sorry for posting that. After trying a little longer to figure out the
problem, I realized the contact won't be listed in the 'Select Name' box
if you don't have an email address in the contact record...DUH!!
