I'm currently testing an Outlook add-in called Auto-Mate, which supposedly
greatly improves the rules, gives you full control of the order in which
they are processed, etc. I haven't had it installed long enuf to tell you
for sure, but so far it seems to work well. I'll send you a link to my
review once I've completely tested it. Looks promising.
