I seem to recall having read that there are limits on the number of addresses
to which an email can be sent. However, I think that applied to all addresses,
not just those in BCC. If the list of addresses is too long then you may be
mistaken for a spammer. I do not know what the general limit is, but have seen
one place that limits the list to 1000 addresses, which seems awfully high to
me.

When composing an email in Hotmail click on "Show Cc & Bcc" to the right =
of
the From address. That will add the boxes where Cc and Bcc addresses =

added.

before creating an email.
