Help files are just that...files. You don't need the app to read the files. You can even toss a shortcut on your desktop. Plus, Access doesn't play well with it's siblings...particularly older version. So you shouldn't install multi versions unless you really need them. Other office apps play nicer, and yes, you can add multiple versions of Office if you install into separate dirs. Some "shared" items will be upgraded and there can be minor conflicts/access delays with files. But overall it'll work. However, unless you NEED older version, you'll get better performance if you just use the version you need. Particularly in the case of older Access version. Dian D.
