Thanks for that tip Linda.  Sadly, I have only just been provided with
Access so I guess I'm stuck with the 2002 XP help version.

One thing I can tell you, that James LaBorde often says....if you can
find a copy of Access 97, use THOSE help files...for some reason,
Microsoft changed the help files in Access and, according to James, the
97 ones are still way superior.
