[mso] Help Needed with Excel

Does anyone can help to solve excel sheet problem....
The problem is as follows.. consider the following excel sheet
    A      B      c
1  Name  June    July    (column headings)
2  xyz    1001    500
3  xyz    1002    600
4  xyz    1003    700

i wish that the figures of july should be substituted in the column B
including column heading on any of the following condition
i)  on the change of date
ii) on the change of month
iii) on the change of year
according to my requirement and the c column should be blank.

is it possible ????
