What "profile" did you lose, Sandy?  Your Windows profile?  Outlook doesn't
use profiles so I'm not sure what you are referring to.

All of your Outlook mail, folders and contacts are included in one file
called Outlook.pst...search your hard drive for that.

Hi Linda. I am in big trouble now. I have lost my profile and cant't get any

of my email or address or folders in outlook I could use any help you can 
give me I am about desperate. I just now remembered I had you send to my hot

mail. If you could answer me off the list that would be great. If you know 
how I can get my profile back I would appreciate that also. I was backing 
things up and have some of it on cd but now everytime I try to get anything 
from the cd I crash. Please any help will be appreciated. I know that the 
files have to be on the hard drive somewhere. But I am not sure what to look

for.
