Hi Linda. I am in big trouble now. I have lost my profile and cant't get any 
of my email or address or folders in outlook I could use any help you can 
give me I am about desperate. I just now remembered I had you send to my hot 
mail. If you could answer me off the list that would be great. If you know 
how I can get my profile back I would appreciate that also. I was backing 
things up and have some of it on cd but now everytime I try to get anything 
from the cd I crash. Please any help will be appreciated. I know that the 
files have to be on the hard drive somewhere. But I am not sure what to look 
for.
