I am no longer an Outlook user, but I -think- it was this way: 1. If you
have folders inside folders, start at the bottom most folder and=20
work your way up.
2. First EMPTY the folder by deleting all email in that folder. 3. Now
highlight the folder itself, and press delete. 4. Repeat until the =
folders
you want deleted is done.

Someone else will have to confirm this, but I have heard some users have =

written VBA to keep a folder from being deleted. If this is the case, I =
bow=20
out and will let a VBA person help
