Assuming you're not on an exchange server, it just means that you have
additional PST files open. Right click on the extra set and click Close.
Here's a TechTrax article I wrote that should help explain how this stuff
works. Using multiple PST files is a great way to keep your email sorted so
you're not constantly opening a bazillion emails each time you open Outlook.
