I'm thinking, since the file name begins with HP, that you either have a
Hewlett Packard computer or printer and that's what's failing to shut down
when you turn off your computer. However, this group is for Microsoft
OFFICE questions, problems, and discussions ... so your question does not
belong in this group. Sorry.
