[mso] Re: HPCMPMGR.EXE stops my computer from shutting down

I have this error: End Program - HPCMPMGR.EXE "This program is not
responding." And so I have to click on this window each time after already
trying to turn off my computer. It's irritating.
I'm hoping someone can give me a quick fix to eliminate this.
