Excellent, but there is this page:

...which shows no Office package which includes FP/Expression. Puzzles
me. I'll study the link you provide.

Sorry. Should have explained further.

See
http://www.microsoft.com/products/expression/en/default.mspx

While MS is announcing the Expression products as part of the next Office
release, the web designer part (what used to be FP) is leaving the Office
"bundle" and becoming part of the Expression "bundle", renamed as Expression
Web Designer.

Why? Who knows? But there is speculation.

One speculation I have heard is that it is a branding decision. The
speculation is that FP suffered in branding because it was sold with the
bundle of products that were sold to secretaries and assistants. The
speculation continues that by separating it from the Office bundle it can
appear more of a "professional" package ... for the graphic artists,
designers, web programmers and web masters of the world. Thus they have
grouped the web designer package, not with word processing and email access,
but with graphic design and interactive design. The speculation is that this
will improve competitive positioning against DW.

I have no idea whether that is true or not.

What I can tell you is that my personal impression is that even when it was
"part" of the Office bundle, it was the red-headed step-child. For me,
separating it out is a good thing. I believe it will help the product progress
faster, unemcumbered by the organizational constraints of being in the group,
but being odd man out.

Just my impression.
